At The Smoldering Wick, we lovingly prepare each package for its journey, but once it’s in the hands of our shipping partners, certain elements are beyond our control. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses that occur in transit, nor can we guarantee delivery dates. This includes delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or other unforeseen interruptions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, we’ll gladly assist with reshipment—additional fees may apply.
International orders may incur customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We encourage you to check your local import regulations before placing an order.

All orders are lovingly hand-packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. During seasonal promotions or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always communicate any delays with kindness and clarity.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. We strive to offer fair, eco-conscious rates through trusted carriers. Occasionally, free domestic shipping promotions may apply—keep an eye out for these.
Domestic & International Shipping

U.S. Orders: We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on location and package size. Typical delivery times range from 3–7 business days.

International Orders: We currently DO NOT ship outside the US.
